  • Adel Mansour

    Founder / Past President

    Ed (Adel) Mansour founded his machine shop with a single engine lathe in 1981. It has now grown to 10+ State of the art CNC machines and a handful of Manual Lathes and Mills. Ed learned his trade in his native home of Lebanon and moved to Canada in his early 20's. Ed was forever a Master Machinist on the manual machines but that was never enough for his large ambitions. He always dove right into new technologies from the days of the NC Tape driven machines to where we are now with state of the art Touch Screen Multi-Axis Machines. Following his passing in early 2023 his eldest son Joseph Mansour continues on his legacy.

  • Joseph Mansour

    VP/President

    Joe grew up in the family business. He started in 1995 at the age of 13 and eventually achieved his journeyman status, numerous programming certificates and Management skills at AM Precision. Joe took full ownership of A.M. Precision in May of 2022. He is constantly setting the bar higher and innovating new designs, looking for efficiencies and a better ways to serve our clients. Joe is here to serve you.
